a) The expiry date for membership / affiliation is 12 months after the date of registration / renewal

b) A re-admission fee will be charged if your membership is not renewed after 2 months of the expiry date.

c) All payments must be made by Money Order / Postal Order / Bank Draft / Telegraphic Transfer
to The Malaysian Insurance Institute.

d) For foreign currency all related bank charges are to be borne by the payer.
