Bumiputera Training Funds (BTF)

Bumiputera Training Fund ( BTF) is a fund contributed by LIAM Member Companies, with the aim of enhancing the technical competencies of Bumiputera agents and employees of life insurance industry. It is intended to increase the number of Bumiputera agents and employees with professional qualifications. In this way, agents and employees will be more competent in performing their roles and will find more opportunities for business and career progression within the industry.
