Sustainability
Responsible for providing an ongoing evaluation of the company's profits, personnel, ecological outlook, and other factors that affect company performance. He or she reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), or an executive management team.
Key Task
- To develop, manage and execute sustainability strategies, by prioritising and setting sustainability targets;
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability strategies and establish an effective implementation of sustainability framework;
- To address, communicate and coordinate sustainability issues relevant to the Group and its business, with the Management and the employees
Key Skills
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good academic background with bachelor’s degree, with actuarial science is an added advantage
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and collaborative
