What is it about?
AI or artificial intelligence has been used in many aspects of our lives and has helped in automating and simplifying our processes. In this session, the speaker will shed some light on how AI can be implemented as part of data and technology management to save time and reduce the amount of paperwork, in comparison to the efforts needed to perform manual processes.
In addition to that, this session will also include knowledge-sharing on how real-time data can be a tool for intervention, that can help insurance companies craft their package to include other health services such as health screening.
Participants will also get a glimpse of the future of insurance management that consists of the information on medical claims and claims ratio and making informed decisions from these data.
