Ms Arati Varma is the Asia Head of Financial Lines and Casualty for QBE, based in Singapore. She is responsible for the development and execution of the regional strategy for Financial Lines and Casualty business.
Arati has significant experience in the specialty insurance and reinsurance industry across strategy, underwriting, product development, broking and client advisory, with leading multinational corporations. She has expertise in a spectrum of specialty products for financial institutions, commercial and not-for-profit organizations, including General and Specialty Liability, D&O, PI, Crime and Cyber insurance. Arati speaks frequently on these topics at various client and industry forums across Asia, and is often asked to provide her insights on various trending issues including Climate Change and Cyber.
