carrying out appraisals of over USD160b of assets annually.
As a qualified Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 20
years experience in engineering and asset valuations Graham
has worked on projects across Europe, United States, Middle
East and Asia, providing clients accurate information to negotiate
terms, reduce losses, mitigate risks, manage taxation and
navigate changing regulations.

Tim Markey is the General Manager, Aus & NZ at John Foord,
an independent specialist asset valuation of plant and property.
Based in Australia, Tim primarily focuses on commercial and key
client development in across Australia and New Zealand and
plays an instrumental role in engaging with risk professionals
from various multinational organizations and industries.
Tim is also an experienced surveyor with a particular focus on
the valuation of assets in the telecommunications and IT related
industries and leads John Food's global telecommunications
practice. He has over 25 years of work experience and is a
quantity Surveyor by training. He regularly conducts site surveys
and detailed on-desk valuation modeling of telecommunications
infrastructure.
