How tackling property valuations in these challenging times can destress an insurance program and assist a smooth renewal for all stakeholders.

Overview

Supply chains have been dramatically impacted by low stock levels; companies are ramping back up to pre-covid capacities and freight costs at all-time highs. The speakers for this presentation will take you through current market conditions and insights into how they see property replacement costs moving over the next 12 months.

The previous year has seen some of the most significant construction, plant and equipment increase in the last decade, and next year will only see more of the same.

This is not the time for “flight” for companies, in hope that the market will continue to “fight” in the event of a major loss.
