Nicholas Hon,

Nicholas Hon is a User Experience Instructor/Teaching Assistant at General Assembly Malaysia. Nic is a creative consultant as well as a UX consultant. He has extensive experience in the creative industry ranging from product development and UX design to branding and marketing.

Nic’s area of specialty is in UX design where he helps companies build solutions that put people at the center of their product development roadmap. He also assists companies with UI design that gives users a truly delightful experience while interacting with these products.

On the side, Nic develops automated processes that enable companies and individuals to experience a better, more efficient way of working. Through intelligent use of data and analytics, he writes scripts that save people time.Nic is also interested in the insuretech, fintech, and edutech space.

He has previously held roles at Apigate, Digi, Netflix, Spotify, Maybank, Allianz, Sime Darby, Versa, Naluri, Zalora and Media Prima.
