Mike brings over 35 years’ experience in the Trade Credit and Political Risk sector, having started his political risk and trade credit career at ECGD, in claims, in the early 1980s. He has had a variety of roles since, in Underwriting, Product Development, as Business Unit Director and more recently as Founder and CEO of Trade Credit Insurer Equinox Global Limited. Mike’s role is to strengthen, develop and grow the loss adjusting business of Charles Taylor Adjusting internationally in the class. He will be joining the existing team led by Roxanne Thornhill in London.

Roxanne began her insurance career in 2001 and has over 15 years of Claims Handling experience. In 2008, she joined a global adjusting firm and specialised in trade credit and fidelity guarantee losses as a Financial Risks Claims Adjuster. Roxanne moved to an MGA in 2014 to deal with high value / complex trade credit claims as a Senior Claims Adjuster where she led the team responsible for this class.
