MII TDI PRIME
MII TDI PRIME is a customised PRIME programme for Enterprises wanting to improve digital insurance knowledge and engagement across teams.
- Offers on-demand lessons 24/7. Each lesson is approximately 1 hour long. Lessons are pre-recorded by more than 30 industry experts.
- TDI PRIME allows choice of 2 lessons from 56 lessons available.
- HR has flexibility to allow staff to choose lessons themselves or lessons can be preselected for each member of staff.
- In addition, includes access to monthly on-demand Accelerator sessions - more learning at no cost.
- TDI PRIME members can also access the Newswire-1000's of news items on digital insurance as well as the digital insurance library.
- Available through a co-branded portal - each TDI PRIME member gets their own login.
- An opportunity to allow everyone to learn digital insurance and be fully engaged in this digital age. TDI PRIME helps insurers to accelerate the adoption of digital culture.
- *Minimum staff participation of 100 applies and includes a kick-off webinar from TDI and professional support to ensure great outcomes and reporting on progress.

CDI
The CDI (Certificate in Digital Insurance) programme is our 100% on-demand programme and certification in digital insurance for learners who want to learn at their own pace without any assignments or live sessions to attend.
- 7 courses on digital insurance - each with 8 on-demand lessons.
- On-demand programme - staff complete at their own pace on-line.
- HR can decide which courses staff participate or allow staff to choose.
- Each course to be completed within 3 months but access provided for 12 months in total.
- Staff completing 4 courses receive their certificate of digital insurance and digital badge.
- Suitable for anyone interested in the future of insurance, e.g. recent graduates, identified junior or middle management and senior leaders.
- Minimum of 50 courses applies for non-member rates and includes kick-off webinar and professional support. Discounted rate available for MII members.

ADI
The ADI (Associate Digital Insurer) programme is our virtual "mini-MBA" and flagship programme in digital insurance for learners who want to accelerate their knowledge and take part in group learning experience.
- Blended learning - on-demand, live weekly discussion groups and assignments.
- Curriculum is the 7 courses from the CDI programme.
- Run as a cohort with other participants from around the world. Get insights and perspective from your peers as well as the TDI Academy.
- Complete 7 courses over 7 months - cover one course a month.
- 28 live 1-hour weekly discussion groups with cohort participants & Industry Experts held on Zoom.
- Complete a minimum of 4 out of 7 assignments.
- Suitable for Heads of function or business units, high performers, senior leaders, team leaders and digital technology & innovation specialists.
- TDI currently holds 3 cohorts a year and places are limited. Next cohort starts on May 11th 2022.
- No minimum participation rate applies.
