- Participation is open to MII Institutional Member - Company only.
- MII will only provide bowling shoes.
- Participants must bring their own socks.
- Each team must comprise of four bowlers (at least one female) and one reserve player (can be male or female).
- As a team, all bowlers are encouraged to wear similar t-shirts to represent the team and company.
- Each bowler will play three games. The team with the highest total pin fall will be the champion.
- Any changes in participants or player must be notified at least three days before the event.
- Refund of the registration fee is not permitted after the entry has been registered.
- Any team that fails to show up for the tournament will be disqualified and the entry fee shall be forfeited.
- Any player that arrives after the game has completed one frame, or if he misses a game completely, a blind score 50 pin falls will be given for that game and he/she will begin bowling at the start of the next game.
- In the event of dispute, matters not provided for will be referred to the organising committee and the decision will be final.
- The organising committee will not be responsible for any personal injuries or loss damages. Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
- The challenge trophy must be returned one month before the next tournament.
- Each company is allowed to send a maximum of two teams only, subject to availability of lanes which is on a first come first serve basis. However the second team is subject to availability when no more application received from other MII institutional members. This is to ensure that all MII Institutional members are given fair chances to register and participate.
- MII will confirm your second team participation by 10 October 2022.
